Would you ever travel in space knowing the dangers that would exist?

Space Nebulae's are one. They are poisonous gases that exist in space. Black holes that are not impossible to travel through, but possible. I think we just dont have the material strong enough to survive the mass that would crush a ship. I really dont like the idea of people making a starship seem babieish with this term: "space ship". I am not offended by this word. I just dont like it. Even the word "Space craft" seems immature. "Space Vessel", "Star Vessel", "Star Ship. These type of words seem more adult and appropriate. I mostly cant stand it when people fear what they dont understand. To me traveling through space is an adventure that I would just be tickled about. Like serving God to me is an adventure that I dont ever want to end.

The common notion of travelling is that of going from one place to another, a linear kind of movement, in space as well as in time, but in what way something that IS all the places and all the time would travel, if not in all direction for all the time there is?

I know we travel in life where our journey is hardly a linear one. We travel on board the ship of our mind, as our mind develops, as we discover new thing, learn about new fact of life, when we acquire knowledge, wisdom and experience. Then may be the universe is just far bigger and grander a ship carrying its precious cargo to life, of everything, travelling towards some destination thus far unknown to us, for some equally unknown purpose.

And on board this ultimate of all space ships, the universe, are we people, getting on board and getting off along the way at our own specific designations of time and space.

I think Proxima Centauri or Alpha Centauri star system is the closest or something. Also, is it possible to make a ship go close to the speed of light, like within a few miles per second.

can scratches on a ps2 disc cause audio problems in the game?

I have a ps2 game, Star Wars Battlefront 2, and it is experiencing problems with the audio. And some other odd stuff as well... First, whenever I enter a space battlefield (hanger area or not) the music and sound effects turn off. Second, while in Tantive IV the music glitches into an ongoing verse of annoying music. Thirdly, one time I entered space and flew around my capital ship for about 10 minutes, but nobody from the other team ever came out of their capital ship. I don't need to know how to fix scratches, I know that already. If any of you know if scratches cause this, let me know. Thanks.

If evolution were true then?

Don't you think at least 1 Ancient culture would of wrote about such things? Instead of writing about "higher beings" engineering man, and teaching them to worship. And not just from 1 civilazation, But civilazations from all over the world wrote about these beings, And the ancient dogon tribe, who knew of 1 of these beings, their religion actually involves DNA!!!!! Their descendents of the egyptians, Meaning MODERN SOCIETY DIDNT DISCOVER DNA, They have cave drawings of it.

I think evolution would be much more believable if at least 1 ancient culture drew or wrote something which correlates to Darwin's theory on creation. And DON'T even say that ancient man was stupid.

Ancient civilizations where some of the most advanced and creative civilizations.
For example, the ancient sumerians, who had a well developed civilization with schools, Buildings and temples, They are also the inventors of writing, as well as advanced math systems, calendars, and astronomical knowledge that we found out less than 80 years ago.

Another thing, the ancient sumerians wrote on clay tablets, and they had the "cylinder seals"

I ordered an iPhone 2g 8gb from ebay and got it yesterday
and that was good, i was excited and the guy shipped fast.
I was happy until i came to find that the bottom of the iPhone was unresponsive? (exactly where the dock is)
I cant press any apps that sit on the dock. Instead i have to go to search or have 4.0...
and when i press the space on the keyboard, thats unresponsive too :[ I cant search anything on safari either. So..i know in most cases people would send it back and get a refund but..can this be fixed easily? can i do it myself or is there a place where i can send it in for really cheap??

So it is this game where you create a cell, then evolve into a creature, then into tribes, then cities, and finally space. BUT EVOLUTION is NOT the question!

In the civilization stage, there is economic (buy out cities), military (destroy and take), and religious (convert) approach.

Religious is so funny, vehicles are just cars with huge speakers! Same with ships and aircraft!

Its not tv series called v and not outer limits or twilight zone it was around time they would air bruce lee and 80's shows
