If you are talking about the dead-line then it is impossible to complete any study.Because here is a virus of unemployment,now a days.Every person wants to make him self well equipped then the other,to secure his future.So, if i say that i have completed my Graduation or Masters.I have achieved everything at that specific study,then its totally wrong.We need the certifications as well.To make our skill much attractive.Certifications are the same as the decoration of any dish.why we decorate any dish or gift ?? answer is.. : to make attractive look,to impress others at first glace,also our suiting show this,so same here for the degree,that the certifications are the beauty of the degree.and MCSE or CCNA or other microsoft degrees having really worth,so for your study guide, i am sharing these links with you,hope so,you will get benefit by them.

If you can get a job without a certification, take it. The best use of cert. is to convince an employer to let you have new responsibilities. For example, if you wanted to move from helpdesk into network administration, you might ask your boss, "If I get a Cisco certification, will you consider me for that job?

There are plenty of places, like community colleges or private training schools, that teach cert. You can also take those classes online.
